Tribratnews.tribratanews.com – Pangkal Pinang. During the implementation of Level IV PPKM (Community Activity Restrictions) in Bangka Belitung Islands (Babel) Province, police held Aman Nusa II Operation to suppress Covid-19 spread in the area.
Chief of Babel Island Regional Police, Police Inspector General Anang Syarif Hidayat said the operation carried out was Aman Nusa II Operation and this operation was also focused on humanitarian safety issues against Covid-19, while still adhering to health protocols for entire community.
The two-star general said previously budget from Indonesia National Police Headquarters was used for illegal mining operations, but after reading the existing situation it was better for the budget to be directed to humanitarian issues.
"Currently, Aman Nusa II Operation is implemented. With this operation being implemented, it has to be something to emphasize or specificity,” Chief of Babel Regional Police explained.
Chief of Babel Regional Police mentioned his party would deploy personnel in Aman Nusa II operation and all the personnels deployed are ready and all out.
